Invensys/Wonderware is the market leader in real-time operations management software. With offices and installed clients running worldwide, they needed a robust/scalable online training registration and course management platform that was flexible and customized for their unique needs.
Cardinal began by gaining a thorough understanding of customer workflows and challenges with the existing Wonderware course management and registration process. Data was widely dispersed and there was no centralized system for course content, registration and reporting. With different divisions, distributors, customers and departments, the new platform had to be fully configurable by Wonderware Staff, easy to use and scalable as the organization grew. Secure online credit card payments as well as multiple forms of non transaction based payment processing needed to be implemented.
Cardinal built from the ground up a web based e-commerce registration application to fulfill their needs that was ready to accommodate future growth. Using cutting edge rich internet UI and agile development methodologies, the centralized application was designed to deliver a rich customer/user experience as well as provide administrators with a very organized and responsive management system.
Web based reporting, Training Completion Certificates, SCORM integration, Secure online payment processing and registration, Onsite check-in, dynamically generated PDF Course Catalogs as well as Recorded/Live Seminar integration are just some of the many features implemented.
