About Us

Cardinal offers fully customized solutions and drop of the hat response to changes in the market whenever solutions are required.

Cardinal Communications ("Cardinal") was established in 1994 during the advent of the commercial Internet and the emergence of the World Wide Web.  Since that time, Cardinal has occupied a position as a leading innovator in Website design, software application development, and as a strategic partner to hospitality industry businesses who need creative solutions for marketing and operations.  Cardinal's portfolio includes clients from the hospitality industry, professional associations, human resources, healthcare, technology, and enterprise management.

What We Do

Cardinal Communications has long been known as an industry leader in technology services. Our technology solutions power the multifaceted and complex experiences, which drive successful customer engagement across multiple systems, platforms and devices. We’ve honed our skills by solving some of the toughest challenges in the meetings and hospitality industry, creating game-changing web sites, rich Internet and SaaS applications, powerful enterprise portals and transforming Web 2.0 technologies into productive, profitable results for our clients.

Our current focus is on mobile solutions and responsive web design across multi-screen interfaces.  As a Rackspace Cloud Partner we are leading the meetings industry with cloud based solutions for online business, hosting and app management. Websites are built on our proprietary state of the art content management system CardinalWare (CMS) which features dynamic page/navigation management, full content delivery, bulk e-mail marketing, tight social integration, Google Analytics and more.  Technologies we currently use:  HTML5, jQuery, Adobe ColdFusion, Microsoft SQL Server, Sencha Architect/Ext Js, Rackspace Cloud/Apps, Constant Contact and Telerik Tools.

Who We Are

Mr. Holland Chang invents, designs and develops Cardinal’s technology platforms and web applications. With 16+ years of development experience across multiple disciplines and technologies, Stephen possesses a significant background in SaaS Hospitality Services solutions that demand high availability and real-time performance. He was the lead designer and developer of RegWeb, one the first enterprise grade online registration systems. He has driven business innovation with ColdFusion, Flex, AIR, HTML5, Javascript and Adobe solutions as well as in the Microsoft space. Stephen joined Cardinal in 1996 after spending two years designing and building sustainable and environmentally conscious architecture.

Two old friends just got together. Attendee Management Inc., (AMi) has acquired Cardinal Communications . The joining of these two meetings and event facilitation companies is as much reunion as business merger. We have worked successfully together off and on for over ten years, often trading on each other’s strengths and skill sets. Now using the same talented employees who created artful registration software at Cardinal Communications, AMi can quickly integrate the resources of both companies to make meeting registration and event planning a seamless, hassle-free experience for all of our clients, new and old.
